Silverdale Shipping Priority-Based Order Fulfillment improves sales, manufacturing, and delivery coordination by introducing shipping priority levels at the sales order line level.
In dynamic fulfillment environments, not all customer orders are equal—some require faster handling due to premium agreements or time-sensitive needs. This module enables Odoo users to prioritize Sales Orders automatically, helping teams act on the most important deliveries first.
Priority Levels:
Each sales order line can carry one of three shipping priority values:
- Premium Priority Shipping: Urgent, top-tier handling.
- Priority Processing: Mid-level priority for faster handling.
- Normal: Standard scheduling.
Automatic Impact:
The system evaluates the highest priority among a Sales Order's lines and applies the following logic:
- Rescheduling: Sales Orders, linked Manufacturing Orders (MOs), and Delivery Orders (DOs) are automatically rescheduled based on the urgency.
- Visual Indicators:
- Premium: Displayed with bold red highlight.
- Priority: Shown with an orange indicator.
- Normal: No highlight.
- List Ordering: Orders are sorted in the list view so that Premium appears first, followed by Priority, then Normal.

- Ensure fast-tracking of high-value orders without manual follow-up.
- Reduce the risk of overlooking urgent deliveries.
- Give planners and warehouse managers a visual and operational queue of what matters most.

User Workflow:
- Create a new Sales Order.
- On each order line, select the desired shipping priority.
- System will:
- Automatically reschedule operations.
- Update the list view to reflect urgency.
- Prioritize your production and delivery pipelines.
