With this enhancement, CRM users can select one or more new leads and run a custom server action to inject them into live nurture campaigns. Once added, the system automatically performs the necessary steps to generate campaign participants and re-trigger all applicable activities (emails, scheduled actions, etc.) specifically for the new contacts.
Importantly, this logic avoids duplicate actions for leads already enrolled in the campaign, ensuring seamless scalability without redundancy.
