This SME feature introduce intelligent assignment logic for Sales Orders generated through the website. It includes the following capabilities:
- Adds Salesperson and Sales Team fields to the Website Settings.
- When a website-generated sale occurs, the Salesperson and Sales Team from the configured website are automatically assigned to the resulting Sale Order.
- Introduces an Account Manager field on Contacts, Leads, Sales Orders, and Country States.
- When a Sale Order is created, the system intelligently assigns the Account Manager based on the State (Province) defined in the customer’s address, ensuring territory-based ownership.
This module reduces manual overhead, improves sales pipeline accuracy, and enhances team accountability by automating assignment logic based on predefined rules and geographic segmentation.
