Agenda Blenda: Structuring the Day

The Agenda Blenda app was the centerpiece of the session. It brings tasks, meetings, to-dos, and project activities into a single daily plan so teams can see what actually needs attention.

Key features demonstrated included:

• Drag-and-drop daily planning
• Adjustable time-block zoom levels
• Integration with Odoo and external systems
• A consolidated view of work across multiple sources

The goal is simple: turn scattered activities into a clear, actionable daily schedule.

Sales Tools and Margin Insights

The session also introduced new tools designed to improve commercial visibility. These include gross margin analysis capabilities that help teams identify which products and customers are truly profitable.

A new Sales Manager tool was also discussed, enabling teams to connect multiple ERP systems to streamline quoting and order management across environments.

Portal Collaboration with Pathways

Another major update is the addition of Pathways inside the client portal. This gives clients visibility into project progress and structured delivery steps, enabling real-time collaboration without relying on fragmented communication.

By connecting portal access with project workflows, teams and clients can stay aligned throughout the lifecycle of a project.
