Manual Edit of Unit Price on SO

This feature enhances control over pricing on Sales Orders by adding a configurable company setting to restrict manual unit price edits. When enabled, only authorized users—those granted special access rights—can change unit prices, ensuring that pricing remains consistent and in line with company policies.

Additionally, products can be individually flagged to prevent unit price changes on Sales Orders altogether. This dual-layer control supports both business-wide pricing rules and product-specific restrictions, helping safeguard against unauthorized discounts or accidental price modifications.

User Steps:

1. Configuration:
   • Go to Settings → Sales → Silverdale Extensions.
   • Enable the option Restrict Manual Unit Price Editing.
   • Assign special access rights to authorized users via User Roles.
2. Product-Level Restriction:
   • Open the Product form.
   • Enable Block Unit Price Modification to lock the price for that product on all Sales Orders.
3. During Sales Order Creation:
   • If restrictions are enabled, unauthorized users cannot change the Unit Price field.
   • For restricted products, the Unit Price is locked for all users.
