Make Entire Row Clickable On Shop Floor

This improvement simplifies production workflows on the Shop Floor by enhancing the Manufacturing Order (MO) tile. Currently, operators must precisely click the "+" icon (for "Register Production") or the printer icon (for "Print the Serial Label") to progress through steps. This can be inefficient, especially in fast-paced environments where accuracy and speed are critical.

Key Benefits:

• Streamlines user interaction by making the entire row clickable.
• Reduces operator errors caused by missed icon clicks.
• Improves speed and efficiency during production scanning and processing.
• Keeps the existing "+" and printer icons functional while extending the action to the full row.

Expected Behavior:

• Clicking anywhere in the "Register Production" row will mark it as completed (crossed out).
• Clicking anywhere in the "Print the Serial Label" row will trigger the printing process.
• After print serial, the "Mark as Done" button will automatically appear.
• The "+" and printer icons will continue to work seamlessly, merging with the full-row click behavior.

User Steps:

1. Open the Shop Floor interface for a Manufacturing Order.
2. On the MO tile, click anywhere in the row for Register Production or Print the Serial Label.
3. The row will immediately update to show completion, and the Mark as Done button becomes visible.
4. Proceed with the MO as usual, without the need for precise clicks on small icons.

This enhancement creates a more intuitive and user-friendly Shop Floor experience, reducing errors and making production workflows faster and more efficient.
