Event Filtering by Date

In the standard Odoo website event view, event filtering is limited and often dependent on accordion-style templates or basic search functionality, which can be unintuitive for users managing multiple event types.

This SME enhances the event listing experience by adding two sequential filters:

1. Date Filter – Allows users to filter events based on their timeline (e.g., Today, This Week, Upcoming, Past).
2. Tag Filter – Once a date filter is applied, users can further refine visible results based on event tags (e.g., category, type, or theme). - Standard Feature
3. Clear All Filters - A button to remove all the applied filters at once. 

All events are displayed in chronological order by default, providing a comprehensive and structured view. The filtering is dynamic, so users can quickly switch between date ranges or tag selections without page reloads.

This feature significantly improves usability for organizations hosting frequent or categorized events, enabling faster navigation and better discoverability across the event portfolio.
