This provides flexibility in managing complex or industry-specific repair processes beyond the default “Quotation,” “Confirmed,” “Under Repair,” and “Repaired” stages.

Key capabilities include:

  • Creation of custom repair stages with labels, sequence order, and color coding.
  • Configuration of allowed transitions between stages (e.g., skip steps or create non-linear flows).
  • Option to define different workflows for different repair types, enabling tailored flows for electronics, mechanical equipment, warranty-based repairs, etc.
  • Visibility control for each stage, including stage assignment rules or team-specific views.
  • Integration with reports and dashboards to reflect the new custom stages.
